  • Practice: When we feel angry or anxious, it is not always easy to figure out what causes it. Sometimes it is difficult to find out about the cause of a problem. Figuring out what the actual problem is a crucial step for solving it. To figure it out, parents can ask themselves the following questions:

    “When did you start feeling this way?” and “How long did you feel that way?” You can notice your trigger points more easily as you answer these questions.
