"Change Places" Game

“Change Places” Game

Practice: A leader is selected and the players, grouped in equal numbers and equal strengths, take their place on the premarked line at a distance of 30-40 cm, depending on the conditions in the playing area. With the command given by the leader, the players change places by running from one line to the other. The team that reaches the target first and comes back to the first position becomes the winner. The game is evaluated by giving points to the teams. The game can be started not only through standing, but also through different types of running, and can be implemented in a way that boosts attention, reflex, speed, and skills. The game can be made more fun by giving different running commands (such as running while squatting, jumping on one leg, running on all fours with hands and feet…).
