The Wheel of Life Exercise

The Wheel of Life Exercise

Practice:

The teacher prints out the wheel of life and hands it out to the class. Then gives the following instructions to the students:

The wheel of life consists of 8 domains that guides you in identifying your life as a whole. Please score each domain from 0 to ten based on its level of influence and satisfaction, with “0” representing the center of the wheel, and “10” representing the outermost ring of the wheel.

Based on how you score these domains, color as many parts of the wheel as the score you gave, starting from 0 to 10.

Keep doing it on the same circle for all domains.

Ask the following question for each domain:

  • How happy I am about this domain in my life?
  • How would I score my satisfaction level in this domain, on the basis of 1 to 10?
  • What did I become aware of upon checking the result of this exercise?
