Icebreaking Through a Ball

Icebreaking Through a Ball

Practice: The teacher may join or remain outside the activity, depending on what they want. At the beginning, the person – can be any student – who holds to ball introduces themselves with their name and a trait, and then throws it to one of the other students. The student who catches the ball also tells their name and a trait. In the subsequent turns, students throw the ball by calling the name of their friend as they learn each other’s names. The student who catches the ball then continues to tell something about themselves. This activity can go on as long as people want.
