Coaching Teacher Program

Practice: The coaching teacher program is designed for teachers to individually coach and support the students. It involves playing a preemptive role to prevent students’ non-problematic areas from turning into problematic ones, while adopting a proactive role as a guide in case of indecision stemming from the presence of too many options. It also involves regularly assisting the students in setting and achieving future goals, while following their development in all areas, including physical, emotional, social, and academic ones and being a part of the solution for them to tackle their problems.
