JMUN is Confident Peer Support Program

Practice: JMUN is a conference organization governed by official rules and practices in line with the structure of the United Nations. Accordingly, participants speak fully English at the conference where they demonstrate their skills to deliver declarations, carry out discussions, and generate ideas. Therefore, students that participate in the conference as delegate for the first time may feel shy or withdrawn or experience self-confidence issues. Mentor students who take charge in the conference extend peer support to the students that experience such problems. Mentors and delegates strive together to figure out how to make better selections by evaluating the issues encountered.
