Take A Journey to the Peaceful Place in You!

Practice: When we feel overwhelmed, in between long journeys, we sometimes imagine a beautiful place that makes us feel peaceful. That can sometimes be a happy moment from the past or a story we want to tell ourselves again.

In this practice, close your eyes. Slowly breathe in and out. Now, that voice will take you to a magical place called “THE PEACE ISLAND”. Fully relax your body and try to feel how relieved you are there.
