Happiness Calendar
Practice: This practice is designed to take place on a monthly basis to strength teachers’ well-being. It involves sharing day-to-day tips on different themes. A monthly calendar is created by using a program such as Canva. A goal/tip is added on this calendar for each day. Examples include calling someone you have not talked to for a long while, feeding stray animals, mandala painting, etc. For some days, links can be added to redirect to a study, article or a video on the relevant goal/tip.
