Painting Compost Barrels- A Multidisciplinary Project

Practice: Students discuss their domestic recycling ideas with their classroom teachers. They talk about organic waste and learn how it can be recycled as a fertilizer using compost barrels. Then, in the art class, they draw and paint patterns on the surfaces of large compost barrels using acrylic paint.
