Mentoring Practice

Practice: Volunteer students in higher grades are informed about mentoring practices. Afterwards, lower-grade students in need for mentoring are matched one-on-one with volunteering mentor students. They are expected to meet regularly every week and study the required topic. Assessment and follow-up interviews are conducted with the mentor and mentee students at periodically.
