Parent/class agreement
Practice: Family rules are determined by family members through voting. These are placed on a wall. Rules are taught to younger children through images. This way, both the adults and children can feel that their voice is heard and take on responsibility since they set the rules together. In parallel with these, a classroom agreement is drawn up at school.
