Notice your somatic feelings!
Practice: Listening to your body to understand how it feels is a key practice that helps
you and your child to develop self-awareness. Our body serves as a compass to
understand how we feel. As parents, you can help your child to understand how our
bodies react according to our feelings. For example, if your kid says “I have stomachache”, you may explain that it might be because of feeling anxious or frightened.
